This application is designed for the surveillance of standard precaution (hand hygiene), Hospital acquired infections and antimicrobial resistance at Shahid Gangalal National Heart Center, Kathmandu, Nepal. This is based on the recommendation on national and international guidelines in the prevention of health care associated infections.
